You are an AI enthusiast with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning lifecycles and how they differ from traditional software development. You excel as a change agent, driving adoption in complex, matrixed environments, while also being highly detail-oriented and organized, ensuring no detail is missed in project plans or documentation. You are a clear and effective communicator, able to articulate project status and technical blockers to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Operational Excellence: Execute on and refine the "Ways of Working" guide, deprecating legacy processes in favor of AI-driven workflows.

  • Documentation & Artifacts: Create and maintain core artifacts, including RACI matrices, handover checklists, and meeting cadences.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Maintain KPI dashboards (WAU, Automation %, Time-to-Value) and prepare weekly tactical reports for leadership.

  • Support & VOC: Act as the point of contact for the "Voice of the Customer" (VOC) loop, triaging issues versus feature requests in the issue tracker.

  • Event Coordination: Support the execution of advocacy events, such as Hackathons, workshops, and AI Champion training sessions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 3 years of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience, Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience) or Masters + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes project management, program management or software development settings.
