As a Software Engineer - Secure Network & Protocols, you will focus on solutions such as the integration of software built in KC-46 labs in Seattle into Tinker AFB labs as part of the KC-46 Software Sustainment Organic Capability Standup (SSOCS). The software engineers will assess current software architecture, documentation, and environments for a seamless transition of upgrade and integration into new lab facilities located at Tinker AFB Software Engineering Group (SWEG).

Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with the development, documentation and maintenance of architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
- Supports the design, development, architecture, and maintenance of software solutions for network stack protocol software
- Assists with providing input on secure network and protocols throughout the end-to-end lifecycle development of software products
- Maintains and updates code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system
- Assists with test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met
- Supports software project management and software supplier management functions
- Performs software research and trade studies
- Troubleshoot software issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 2+ years of experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming
- 1+ years of experience with networks and network communication protocols (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience in software systems integration
- Experience with Linux/Unix software development environment

Mainframe Solution Architect - COBOL

YOUR ROLE
In your role as the Mainframe Solution Architect, you will support several of Genworth's top strategic priorities. The person selected will work with the various development teams and the support team for the CLOAS application. CLOAS is a mainframe-based application and is the core Genworth system for Long Term Care Policy Administration. The CLOAS application sits at the center of all policy processing for the business and contains the data and business logic for all customer service operations. The system integrates with many peripheral systems utilizing various technologies including Web Services and MQ.
The CLOAS team uses Agile development methodologies and is actively implementing modern tools for development and testing. It is amongst the most active Genworth systems, with multiple ongoing enhancements and upgrades to support evolving business needs. The person selected will assist the Long-Term Care Solutions team in helping them understand how to technically slice stories based upon data/code by implementing complex business concepts into software.
The individual needs to be proficient in providing technical support for large and complex mainframe applications. The role will involve extensive collaboration with other developers, Business Analysts and QA members on the team as well as with Business Partners and other IT teams.

Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of technical experience in building mechanical systems with background in HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical disciplines

- Universal EPA 608 Certification or demonstrated ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Conduct daily electrical system inspections including UPS systems, switchgear, and power distribution equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor electrical parameters and alert senior technicians to any abnormal conditions requiring immediate attention
- Perform comprehensive battery room inspections including voltage readings, temperature monitoring, and visual safety assessments
- Execute routine electrical system checks and document all readings in compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
- Assist with battery maintenance procedures under senior technician supervision while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Support preventive maintenance activities on electrical distribution systems and help maintain accurate equipment labeling
- Participate in electrical troubleshooting activities under supervision, gaining valuable hands-on experience with complex systems
- Manage electrical work orders through CMMS systems and assist with vendor coordination for maintenance activities
- Respond to electrical system alarms and incidents as directed by senior staff, ensuring rapid resolution of critical issues
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with electrical systems in data center or critical facility environments
- Solid working knowledge of electrical fundamentals including AC/DC systems, electrical safety principles, and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Demonstrated experience with electrical inspection procedures and proficiency using electrical measurement tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for accurate documentation, reporting, and team collaboration
- Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and computerized maintenance management systems
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including walking, climbing, lifting 50+ pounds, and working on ladders up to 30 feet
- Availability for emergency response calls and flexibility to work holidays and varied schedules as operational needs require
- Commitment to maintaining electrical safety protocols and willingness to learn advanced procedures
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working with CMMS platforms for maintenance management and work order processing
- Universal EPA 608 certification demonstrating environmental compliance knowledge
- Basic NFPA 70E electrical safety training or willingness to obtain certification within specified timeframe

Strategic Responsibilities
Enterprise Network Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the global network infrastructure strategy, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives

Night Shift Position
The Rack Deployment Team Member is responsible for the physical installation, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance of server racks and associated infrastructure within critical data center environments. This role specializes in both traditional air-cooled and advanced liquid cooling rack deployments, ensuring proper installation standards, operational readiness, and continuous system reliability in 24/7 operational environments.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Job Description:
As an Android App Developer, you will be responsible for developing solutions to design, code, and enhance components across a mobile application. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share knowledge.
Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance software development processes. - Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
** This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week onsite in client location in Charlotte, NC**
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android mobile software development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building mobile apps using at least one mobile language (Kotlin, Java, etc.)
- HS Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience with third party libraries and APIs
- Self motivated with strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

The work:
- Be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end.

Qualification
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle Reporting and Integration experience with expertise in data management and integration processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus points if:
- Advanced proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions, Business Operation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation.
- Oracle Cloud Certification
