Your role
As a Solutions Consultant on the Zip AI team, you'll be the technical partner enterprise customers trust to bring AI-powered automation to life. You'll work hands-on with procurement, finance, and operations leaders to design, build, and deploy AI agents that transform how their teams work—from invoice processing to contract review and beyond.
This role blends deep technical work with strategic customer engagement. You'll architect agent workflows, optimize prompts, integrate with complex tech stacks, and guide customers from initial discovery through successful deployment and expansion. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you'll help customers unlock the full potential of Zip's AI platform while bringing field insights back to shape our roadmap.
You'll work with a variety of industries and company stages. Current customers include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks.
You will
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor from initial evaluation through deployment and expansion
- Lead technical discovery to map customer workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design agent architectures that deliver measurable value
- Build and optimize AI agents—configuring workflows, writing and refining prompts, and tuning agent behavior to meet customer requirements
- Own integrations between Zip AI agents and customer systems (ERPs, CLMs, ticketing, TPRM, and other procurement tools) using middleware and iPaaS platforms
- Drive successful implementations end-to-end—scoping requirements, documenting architecture, testing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth go-lives
- Enable customer teams to manage and improve their agents, building confidence and long-term self-sufficiency
- Gather insights on how customers are deploying AI agents, identify emerging patterns, and deliver structured feedback to Product and Engineering
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Engineer
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions, with a working understanding of functional LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering
- Strong technical credibility—you can lead architectural discussions, work through complex integration challenges, and earn the trust of technical stakeholders
- Experience with middleware platforms, iPaaS tools, or integration architecture; comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols
- Track record of managing enterprise customer engagements and delivering successful implementations in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders across procurement, finance, and operations
- Extreme attention to detail and a relentless focus on customer outcomes

Your Role
As a Software Engineer on the AI Foundations team, you will own the platform that powers every AI-driven product at Zip. This is not a feature team — you are building the shared infrastructure that multiplies the effectiveness of every engineer and product at the company. Your work spans agentic orchestration, document processing pipelines, retrieval and memory systems, and the eval infrastructure that makes it all reliable. You will operate with significant technical autonomy, regularly defining the right approach from scratch in a field where established answers are still being written. You Will
- Design and build the core agentic platform powering Zip's AI products, including orchestration, memory, retrieval, and document processing infrastructure.
- Own end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities — from architecture decisions through production — with real influence over how the broader engineering organization builds AI.
- Partner closely with every product team at Zip to understand their needs, surface shared patterns, and ship reusable infrastructure that raises quality across Intake AI, Chatbot, IP Agent, Contract Orchestration, and Payments simultaneously.
- Push the frontier of applied AI engineering: LLM orchestration with LangGraph, RAG pipelines, agentic document parsing, and self-correcting memory systems.
- Build and evolve eval frameworks and observability tooling that make AI systems measurably more reliable over time.
- Translate ambiguous, open-ended problems into well-scoped technical solutions, without waiting for a playbook that may not yet exist.
Qualifications
- We are hiring software engineers across all levels. Most of our open roles are targeting individuals with at least 3 years experience if past work is highly relevant
- BS or higher, in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g. physics or math)
- 3+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong Python proficiency; experience with async frameworks and distributed systems is a plus.
- Hands-on experience building or operating LLM-based applications — RAG pipelines, tool use, agents, or eval systems.
- Experience with data pipelines, job scheduling (Airflow or equivalent), and vector databases or embedding-based search.
- Comfort with observability tooling: tracing, logging, metrics, and alerting in production AI systems.
- A track record of owning problems end-to-end — you care whether things work in production, not just whether they shipped.

Your Role
We’re hiring our founding GTM Engineer, a hybrid of a RevOps technologist, product manager, and automation architect. You’ll be the first person dedicated to engineering and scaling the systems, data, and automation that power Zip’s go-to-market engine. Your task is to ensure we're world-class in AI.
You’ll own how our GTM workflows, tools, and data connect to drive prospecting efficiency and scale across the Sales and BDR organizations. You’ll design and build the technical foundation that makes our revenue team faster, smarter, and more effective - driving transformational AI productivity benefits, not just 5-10% improvements
This is a rare opportunity to define a new discipline at Zip. What You’ll Do
- Build the GTM automation engine. Design scalable, high-velocity workflows that improve rep efficiency, reduce friction, and accelerate pipeline generation. Use tools like Clay and n8n to build event-based workflows that enrich data, route accounts, and trigger personalized outreach actions at scale.
- Operationalize AI and enrichment. Partner with the GTM Ops and Business Systems teams to evaluate and implement AI and enrichment tools to boost outbound quality and personalization, leveraging data from Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clay, and other systems.
- Be the product owner for the GTM stack. Manage requirements, prioritization, and system rollouts for GTM tools. Translate business needs into technical specifications and drive delivery.
- Measure and optimize. Define and track metrics for sales productivity, funnel velocity, and automation ROI. Build dashboards and data models that make performance visible and actionable.
- Partner across GTM Ops. Collaborate with GTM Operations and Business Systems to ensure data consistency, routing logic, and attribution accuracy.
- Innovate and experiment. Pilot new tools, integrations, and AI workflows. You’ll test what’s next in RevOps technology and scale the ones that work.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Working experience with Salesforce, specifically the Contact, Account, Opportunity, and Campaign objects.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and at least one programming language (Python, Javascript, Apex, etc.)
- Proven ability to learn new systems quickly and apply emerging technologies to solve traditional business challenges.
- Experience working with LLM applications and prompting at scale.
- Experience managing complex integrations and workflow automation using tools such as Workato, Zapier, Clay, n8n, custom scripts, and CDP/reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, Census)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business needs to system design and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can structure your thinking clearly, write concise memos, and present to executives with confidence.
- High bias for action, low ego, and a relentless ownership mindset. You thrive in uncharted territory and move fast to create clarity.
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.

Your Role
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer (TSE) on the Customer team, you play a mission-critical role in ensuring our customers receive fast, accurate, and technically excellent support. You serve as the highest internal technical escalation point, combining deep product mastery with a strong ability to diagnose complex issues across integrations, workflows, and customer environments.
You are the connective tissue between Support, Product, and Engineering, ensuring issues are surfaced with clear repro steps, impact assessments, and prioritization signals. You lead with operational rigour—improving processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and strengthening the pathways from customer-reported issues to engineering resolution.
In this role, you’ll become an expert across Zip’s rapidly expanding ecosystem—Procurement, Intake, Approvals, Suppliers, ERP and SSO integrations, and our broader workflow engine—while directly supporting marquee customers including Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks.
Your impact will scale as Zip grows: every improvement you introduce strengthens the technical foundation of our entire Customer organization.
You will
Technical Escalation & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the final technical escalation point for Support, unblocking TSEs, CSMs, and onboarding teams with expert-level troubleshooting.
- Triage and validate bugs, perform deep-dive investigations, reproduce issues, and determine ownership before routing to Engineering with complete context.
- Partner directly with Engineering to master Zip’s architecture, including workflow nodes, task engines, integrations, and API layers.
Operational Excellence & Process Ownership
- Identify, build, and maintain scalable escalation pathways from Customer → Product → Engineering.
- Strengthen internal triage processes by closing knowledge gaps, improving documentation, and optimizing tooling and workflows.
- Develop clear standards for debugging, ticket handoffs, reproduction steps, and prioritization signals to improve Engineering alignment and SLA predictability.
Customer Advocacy & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Product as the voice of the customer, influencing roadmap decisions through patterns surfaced in escalations.
- Work directly with customers when highly technical or urgent issues require senior-level expertise.
- Support Sales, CSM, Onboarding, and TAM functions as a subject-matter expert across procurement workflows, integrations, and system configurations.
Data & Tooling
- Use internal tools, logs, and observability platforms (e.g., DataDog) to analyze customer configurations, trace failures, and understand system behavior.
- Validate integration flows using REST/GraphQL payloads, webhooks, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Drive improvements by identifying systemic issues from recurring case patterns.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years in a technical, customer-facing role, with at least 2 years serving as an escalation point or senior technical leader within Support.
- Proven experience partnering directly with Engineering teams as the conduit between customer-facing teams and R&D.
- Demonstrated success supporting enterprise-scale customers across multiple industries.
- Track record of owning complex problems end-to-end, especially in high-pressure scenarios or SLA-sensitive engagements.

- Fluent in interpreting JSON, XML, CSV, and Excel-based datasets.
- Competency with bash/shell, code editors, and common debugging utilities.
- Ability to read and interpret exception stack traces and logs.
- Experience with Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus.

Your Role
As a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Foundations, you will own the core capabilities that power trust, security, identity, permissions, insights, and foundational UI components across Zip. You will define and deliver platform-level features that support our largest enterprise customers, ensure world-class security and governance, and enable teams across Zip to build consistent, performant, and compliant product experiences.
You Will
- Lead Zip’s authentication and security roadmap, including MFA, step-up MFA, Multi-IdP SSO, IP restrictions, anomaly detection, and account takeover prevention.
- Define and drive strategy for Zip’s data governance, reporting and insights capabilities.
- Own enterprise-grade permissions and access controls, ensuring clarity, auditability, and scalability for complex organizational structures.
- Partner with GTM and Customer Teams to unblock high-ARR deals by addressing requirements such as regional hosting, multi-cell architectures, dedicated customer cells, and BYOK/FedRAMP-adjacent needs.

Lead Zip’s design system and component library roadmap, aligning with Design and FE Platform to deliver shared components for web and mobile and improve developer velocity.

Collaborate deeply with engineering to define requirements, provide product direction, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality foundational capabilities.
Your Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of Product Management experience, including substantial work on platform, security, identity/auth, RBAC/permissions, data residency and governance, or infrastructure-adjacent products.
- Strong understanding of SSO/SAML, OAuth, MFA, and broader enterprise authentication patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts (multi-cell architectures, regional deployments, multi-tenant models, isolation patterns) and the ability to partner effectively with Infrastructure Engineering on architectural decisions.
- Strong data literacy with experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) and shaping how data is modeled and presented to customers.
- Experience with data warehouses and ETL/ELT tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Fivetran).
- High technical fluency with the ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear product decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse technical and non-technical audiences (including some of Zip’s largest customers).
- Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
