We are seeking a senior AI Technical Business Partner to lead the industrialization of AI across our R&D organization. This is not just a prototyping role; it is a scaling role. You will bridge the gap between scientific intent and enterprise-grade software execution. You will define the AI-ready data strategy, partner deeply with our data and AI Infrastructure teams, and ensure that our AI solutions transition from isolated pilots to robust, secure, and scalable corporate assets.

1. Technical Discovery & Rapid Prototyping (The "Builder")

• Build Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs): Don't just write a requirements doc; build the MVP. Use Python, LangChain, or low-code orchestration platforms to spin up functional prototypes (e.g., a RAG-based literature review bot or a molecule property predictor) to validate use cases with scientists immediately.

The Site IT Technical Manager will lead or support a local team of skilled IT professionals to deliver and drive improvements for IT infrastructure, tools, and services supporting the workforce across the site. With an in-depth understanding of ETS technologies and services, the manager will document the technical landscape to ensure current and future performance meets business needs. Service Delivery, Performance & Exploitation:

Automated Standards Ingestion — Zero Human Intervention

Your primary mission is eliminating manual effort from the standards lifecycle. You will:

• Design and own fully automated ELT/ETL pipelines that detect, ingest, validate, and publish new releases of clinical dictionaries (e.g., MedDRA, WHO Drug, SNOMED CT, CDISC CT, NCI Thesaurus) without human intervention

• Build event-driven and scheduled pipeline architectures on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, S3, EventBridge) that react to upstream standard releases and propagate changes downstream automatically

• Implement automated versioning and change detection so downstream consumers always know what changed, what's new, and what's been deprecated — and can act on it programmatically

The Role:

We’re looking for a Service Operations Director who thrives in complexity, leads with calm authority under pressure, and cares as much about the people affected by an incident as the technical resolution itself. This is a coordination and process leadership role — but is a connection point for engineering, product, and customer experience.

At Evinova, an incident is anything that prevents our engineers from doing their best work or our customers from being served: production outages, deployment failures, pre-production degradation, and internal tooling issues all fall within your remit. You will be the one person who owns the response, every time.

You’ll work closely with our Customer Service team, who manage direct customer relationships during issues and outages. You’ll give them the structure, information, and communications support they need to keep our customers informed and confident — even when things are going wrong.

What You’ll Do:

Own Every Incident, End to End

• Serve as the single accountable coordinator for all production incidents, leading War Room response sessions and driving resolution.
• Coordinate and manage all internal incidents — including deployment failures, pre-production performance degradation, staging outages, and any platform-level or P1/P2 severity tooling or environment issue that prevents engineers from doing their work.
• Apply and refine Evinova’s tiered incident response plan, ensuring the right people are mobilized based on severity and customer impact.
• Authorize emergency change actions (ECA) during incidents where standard change processes cannot be followed.
• Chair blameless post-incident reviews, producing clear action items and ensuring follow-through.

Build the Structures That Prevent the Next One

• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, runbooks, and escalation paths.
• Own our on-call processes, on-call tool configuration, on-call schedules, and global handoff protocols.
• Track and report on incident KPIs — MTTD, MTTR, repeat incidents — and present trends to leadership.
• Partner with engineering leads to drive continuous improvement in platform reliability and incident preparedness.

Connect Engineering with the Business

• Own all stakeholder and executive communications during active incidents, providing timely and accurate updates. Coordinate with our customer service teams for all customer-facing communication and interactions.
• Own customer-facing incident communications — including status page updates, post-incident summaries, and reusable comms templates.
• Own the process for publishing product documentation, user guides, and release notes — ensuring content reaches the right audiences at the right time, without owning the writing itself.

Must-Have Experience and Skills

• 8+ years of experience in incident management, technical program management, or platform/cloud operations in an engineering organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams calmly and decisively under pressure.

Required Qualifications

About the Role

This is not a traditional management role. We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who writes and reviews code, makes architecture decisions in pull requests, and leads by building alongside their team. You will own the technical direction and delivery of our eCOA product area while leading a multi-squad engineering organization.

You will spend a significant portion of your time in the codebase: reviewing pull requests, pairing with engineers on complex problems, evaluating AI-assisted development workflows, and ensuring our architecture scales. The remainder of your time is spent on team development, cross-functional collaboration, and technical strategy.

We expect you to be the strongest technical voice in the room on your product area, someone who can credibly challenge an architectural decision, spot issues in a code review, and prototype solutions to unblock the team.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Technical Leadership (50%+ of your time)

• Regularly review pull requests, provide substantive code-level feedback, and enforce quality standards across squads.
• Make and own architectural decisions for the eCOA platform, including API design, data models, service boundaries, and infrastructure choices.
• Write production code, particularly for complex or foundational components where your expertise accelerates the team.
• Pair with engineers on difficult problems and use these sessions as coaching opportunities.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows, establishing team conventions for AI code generation, prompt engineering, and automated testing.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-squad engineering organization. Develop squad leads into strong technical leaders in their own right.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through professional experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of building and shipping production systems.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams (squads, chapters, or similar) while remaining hands-on with code.
• Deep proficiency in at least one of our core stacks: React/React Native (frontend), Node.js/Java (backend), AWS cloud services.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Practical, daily experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) in your own coding workflow.

We are seeking a visionary CRM Activation Engineering Lead to spearhead the digital transformation of our U.S. Oncology customer engagement ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Platform Activation & Innovation

• Lead the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
